Use this page to understand how Vidur employee accounts and related data deletion requests are handled.

How Accounts Are Created

Vidur accounts are generally created by an employer, company owner, or HR administrator. Employees normally cannot create public self-service accounts directly in the mobile app.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, account deactivation, or deletion of personal data, email us from your registered email address or phone-linked account details.

Subject: Vidur Account Deletion Request

Include: your name, registered phone/email, company name, employee ID if known, and the deletion/deactivation request type.

What May Be Deleted

  • Mobile app session data and device tokens.
  • Profile data that is not required for employer, legal, payroll, audit, tax, or security records.
  • Uploaded files where deletion is allowed by your organization and applicable law.

What May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, payroll, accounting, attendance, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, or compliance purposes. This may include attendance records, payroll records, expense approvals, audit logs, and organization-owned operational records.

Processing Time

We will review requests and coordinate with the relevant organization administrator where required. Requests are normally acknowledged within 7 business days. Completion time depends on verification, employer obligations, and applicable legal retention requirements.
