By accessing and using Vidur's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Vidur's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not misuse our services by interfering with their normal operation
• You must not attempt to extract source code from our services

3. Subscription Terms

Our services are offered on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vidur and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vidur, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. App Store & Google Play Terms

If you access Vidur via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are solely between you and PSKA Advanced Industries Limited, not with Apple or Google. We are solely responsible for providing maintenance, support, and addressing any claims regarding the app. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
